Primary Residential Repair

This program provides financial assistance to homeowners for repairs to their primary residence damaged by a declared disaster. Eligible repairs include structural damage, roof repairs, window and door replacements, and other necessary repairs to make the home safe and habitable.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be the owner and primary occupant of the damaged property.
  • Property must be located within the declared disaster area.
  • Must provide proof of ownership and damage.

Infrastructure Repair

This program provides financial assistance to local governments and eligible organizations for the repair and restoration of public infrastructure damaged by a declared disaster. Eligible infrastructure includes Debris Removal & Disposal and Emergency Protective Measures.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a local government or eligible organization.
  • Damaged infrastructure must be publicly owned or operated.
  • Infrastructure must be located within the declared disaster area.
  • Must provide detailed damage assessments and repair plans.
